Returns & Refunds

Once the carrier marks a parcel Delivered, the order is considered completed. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If you require added protection, please request delivery confirmation with signature at checkout.

Return Rules

When returning an item, please ship it back to the original return address from which it was sent. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We are not liable for returned parcels that are lost or damaged during international transit. If 28 days have been exceeded since your original purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, payment authorization is held for up to 12 hours before being automatically processed. After this period, our payment provider charges a non-refundable transaction fee (typically 4%). If you request a cancellation after payment has been processed, this processing fee cannot be refunded and will be deducted from your refund amount.

If your order has already been handed over to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled. Please ensure that you wish to proceed with your purchase before completing checkout.

Return and Refund Policy

  • You may submit your return request by providing your order number. Please ensure the products are eligible for return; all items must be unworn, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping label to the original Asian return address from which the order was sent.
  • A refund will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved. The balance will be refunded after deducting the original shipping cost and any applicable return shipping and handling charges.

We Can't Offer Returns And Refunds For Following

  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address.
  • Packages not in their original condition, all original tags, cases, and packaging must remain intact to qualify for a return.
  • Lost or stolen items after the shipment delivery. (We recommend selecting Signature Confirmation for secure delivery.)
  • Badges, medals, orders, and collectible pins due to their sensitive nature and authenticity protection.
  • Special made items, personalized items, and gifted items, no returns, refunds, or exchanges for these categories.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered at this time. Please understand you agree to all our policies when you order.

Additional Information

  • Free standard shipping on all international orders over $99 USD.
  • Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
  • If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to redirect it. You can contact the post office directly to request them to redirect it to an alternate address.
  • If you refuse a shipment from KhanMilitaria or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to KhanMilitaria. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • While we don't require signatures for most deliveries, we do recommend that you have someone available to accept the package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after the notification that your order has been delivered.
  • Please note that all payment processing fees are non-refundable in case of order cancellation.
