If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we can update your shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to redirect it.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, though processing can occasionally take up to 10 days, and longer during peak holiday periods. Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery typically follows their published timelines. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays.
