Rare original 1969 Mongolian People’s Army field uniform buttons for Marshal and General rank dress, offered as two distinct official issue variants. Each button features the raised socialist-era Mongolian state emblem, executed in a subdued silver-olive tone field finish rather than bright parade gilt. The reverse of each button is marked with the date 69, indicating 1969 production.
These buttons are especially interesting as senior-rank Mongolian uniform fittings from the Cold War period, made for high-ranking officers’ field uniforms rather than standard enlisted or junior officer wear.
