2010s Mongolian National Broadcaster “Outstanding Radio & Television Employee” Badge – Rare Original Issue

Description

Original Item – Only One Available. A rare original 2010s Mongolian National Broadcaster “Outstanding Radio & Television Employee” Badge, an institutional professional distinction awarded by the director of Mongolian National Public Radio and Television to accomplished members of the national broadcasting organization. The title recognized personnel whose sustained service, professional ability and contribution to radio and television distinguished them within MNB, including journalists, editors, producers, directors, engineers, technicians and other long-serving broadcasting professionals.

The distinction occupies an interesting place in Mongolia’s broadcasting history, bridging the state-radio and television traditions of the socialist period with the modern public-broadcasting era. Official biographies show recipients receiving the badge after many years of responsible service and notable professional achievement, often before later national or sector-level honors. Modern regulations for the same award tradition continue to reserve the distinction for experienced communications and broadcasting professionals with substantial service records, reinforcing its status as a genuine senior-sector honor.
