An uncommon 2015 90th Anniversary badge of Tömörbulag Sum, Khövsgöl Province, issued for the historic jubilee marking ninety years since the establishment of the local administrative unit in 1925. The anniversary was formally celebrated in July 2015 with a major local Naadam and a broader program of commemorative activities; the community prepared for the jubilee through 90 development and improvement projects, while a new Soyombo monument was also inaugurated as part of the celebrations. Tömörbulag's 90th anniversary therefore represented considerably more than an annual local festival, it was a major generational landmark in the history of the sum and its people.

The badge is a large and visually impressive multi-layered composition, built around a silver-toned radiating star with bold red and green enamel arms. At its center is the Tömörbulag emblem, combining the mountainous Khövsgöl landscape with the black goat so closely associated with the district, surrounded by the sum name and a prominent “90” within a white-enamel wreath. The black goat is particularly appropriate to the design: Tömörbulag is the traditional breeding center of the celebrated Erchim black goat, developed for its fine cashmere and adaptation to the region's high-mountain and forest-steppe conditions. The reverse retains its original horizontal pin fitting. Sum anniversary badges of this kind were commissioned locally in modest numbers, typically only a few hundred rather than the thousands associated with national commemoratives, and were intended primarily for local officials, honored residents, guests and participants in the jubilee.
