The pattern is immediately recognizable as uniquely Mongolian, bearing a visual kinship with MARPAT while remaining entirely its own design, developed specifically for the Mongolian border service. The chest carries a subdued "Mongol" name tape and the left sleeve bears an exceptional fully embroidered border protection patch, a dark field shield design featuring a Mongolian eagle infront of border post, surrounded by the Mongolian script inscription identifying the Border Protection Service.
