Original Item – Only One Available. This rare Russian medal was issued in 2020 to honor those who took part in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. The obverse depicts medical workers in protective gear with the inscription “For Selfless Fight Against the Pandemic”. The reverse bears the double-headed eagle of the Russian Federation with the legend “With gratitude, for fulfilling professional duty with honor, 2020” along with an official mint mark.

This medal comes complete with its original award document (clear). Medals with official mint marks and intact paperwork are rarely encountered, making this an important collectible from the global pandemic era and a significant Russian state-issued decoration. Preserved in excellent condition.
