This exceptionally rare medal was issued by the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) to commemorate the 90th anniversary of its lineage from the INO of the Cheka, the PGU of the KGB, to the present SVR. Struck by the St. Petersburg Mint, the medal features the double-headed eagle with the SVR globe emblem on the obverse, while the reverse carries the inscription “Fatherland, Valor, Honor” alongside “INO–PGU–SVR”

This example comes complete with its original award document, signed and numbered, further confirming authenticity. SVR-issued medals with intact documentation are almost never encountered on the open market, making this one of the most significant modern Russian intelligence awards available to collectors.
